We started out wanting to raise the bar aesthetically and
otherwise in a largely prescriptive real estate sector, and by designing from
our CSEB bricks up, we have re-introduced Nigerians to a style long forgotten,
in more modern garb.
Bearing in mind the now infamous inefficiency of the state run power utility, PHCN, we also resolved to build homes that would be sustainable on account of their low energy/carbon footprints, and through painstaking design and careful selection of construction materials, we have achieved spectacular results. We now have the greenest luxury homes in Nigeria.
The high cost of living in Lagos was always at the back
of our minds when we began to plan Amen Estate. Our designs, materials and
sensible approach to municipal services have dropped costs considerably, so
that Amen Estate is now the most affordable address in terms of value for money
in Nigeria.
We hope to create a comfortable, convivial atmosphere for
all our residents, and we’re well on the way to doing just that. Amen Estate
offers a peaceful, serene and family friendly living experience.
